October 29, 2017 – SDM Fall Festival Square Dance and Awards Ceremony, St Cloud, Callers Tom Allen, Andy Flint, Charley Huhtala, Roger McNeil, and Dick Severson, Cuers Sarah Klaphake, Bernadette McNeil, and Jane Simpson (appear in the photo above). Seven squares were present with dancers from Afternoon Squares, Beaux & Belles, Country Twirlers, County Line Squares, F&M Square Dancers Association, Friendly Squares, Hot Foot Stompers, Kato Plus, Koronis Nite Owls, L & M Squares, Rays Promenaders, Single Circles, South Metro Stars, Spares & Pairs, Valley Stars, Wadena Whirlaways, Westonka Whirlers, and Washington State. Also present were USDA Plains Region Vice Presidents Floyd and Judy Engelhardt, CSD Chair Vince Dahlheimer, and CSD Secretary Ken Scott.
Congratulations to Floyd and Judy Engelhardt who have danced twice in all fifty states and have ten done on the next 50 award! SDM also thanked them for bringing the USDA display to the fall festival in St. Cloud.
